Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Orders placed after 12pm GMT will be processed the next working day.
During busy periods (such as sales or holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We offer the following delivery options:
- Standard Delivery (UK): FREE – Estimated delivery within [3–5 business days]
- Express Delivery (UK): £12.95 – Estimated delivery within [1–2 business days]
- Free Shipping (UK): Available on all orders
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before you complete your purchase.
European Union (EU) Deliveries Gifted Simply Ltd ships to all 27 EU member states. Estimated delivery time is 6–16 business days from dispatch. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Duties & Taxes: As a UK-based retailer, orders shipped to the EU may be subject to import duties, VAT, and customs fees upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs. We recommend checking with your local customs authority for guidance before ordering.
Right of Withdrawal: EU consumers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, in accordance with EU consumer law. Please note this right does not apply to personalised or engraved items made to your specification. To exercise this right, contact us at info@giftedsimply.co.uk within 14 days of delivery.
Tracking: All EU orders are sent with tracking. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
3. International Shipping (if applicable)
We ship to selected international destinations.

6. Lost or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 2days of delivery. We may request photos of damaged items to process a replacement or refund.
7. Express Deliver (if applicable)
You may choose Express Shipping your order will be marked as priority and dispatched within 24 hours and sent via Royal Mail 24 Tracked Service. You should receive your delivery in 1-2 business days.
